This line is designed to assembly in automatic wood or MDF panel door frame.
The assembling is performed true pneumatic cylinder mounted in corrispondence of elements junction. The machine guarantee a squared and planar.
The assembling is performed using hot melt glue EVA based in order to guarantee a rigid frame. Moreover the efficiency of this system is close to 100% compared to the 70% of staples one.
As option it is possible to inset in automatic the honey comb and fix it to the frame by means of adhesive hot melt.
